The booking and payment process must be completed on our website. Payment will not be accepted at the venue.

You can choose from several different payment methods:

2-Refund Requests

If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy, your refund will automatically be processed through the same payment method you used to book the activity. You should see it in your account within 3-5 business days.

If your booking does not go as planned or you are not satisfied with your experience and would like to request a refund, please let us know the reasons using the form below. These refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

In the unlikely event that the activity provider has to cancel your booking, you are always entitled to a full refund. If you received a cancellation confirmation email from us, your refund will automatically be processed through the payment method you used to book your event. You should see it in your account within 3-5 business days.

3-Proof of payment and invoice

Your proof of payment and invoice will be sent to you via email immediately after your purchase.
